1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across Saudi Arabia.


3. What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+3) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.


4. How long does order processing take?

Order handling takes 1–2 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays).


5. How long does delivery take?

  • Transit time: 4–6 business days

  • Total delivery time: 5–8 business days, including processing


6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.


7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.


8. How do I start a return?

Simply email us at support@oloka.shop with your order number. Once approved, a return label will be sent to you by email.


9. When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method.


10. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
